Return Policy

Each memorial purchase goes toward our life-saving work at Best Friends Animal Society to achieve nationwide no-kill by 2025. To help us keep our restocking and processing costs down, all store purchases are valid for exchange or store credit.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays as determined by common and other freight carriers.

Our team works hard to fulfill personalized orders as quickly as possible. Personalized wind chimes are typically shipped within 10 days of purchase.

Personalized wind chimes are shipped via FedEx from Kanab, UT.
